Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a paid product from GANUE Audio ("GANUE", "we", "us"), through this website. Your use of the software after purchase is governed separately by the EULA. Free GANUE products are not sold and are not covered by these terms.

1. Who you are buying from

Checkout, payment and tax on this site are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. That means Gumroad is an authorised reseller of our products: you buy the product from Gumroad, and Gumroad makes it available to you under our terms as the supplier. Gumroad, not GANUE, is the seller of record for the transaction and is responsible for collecting and remitting the applicable sales tax or VAT. Gumroad's registered entity is Gumroad, Inc., 548 Market St, PMB 41309, San Francisco, California 94104-5401, United States.

Gumroad's own buyer terms and refund policy apply to the transaction alongside these terms, and take precedence over these terms where the two conflict. Gumroad's published refund policy is at https://gumroad.com/help/article/51-what-is-gumroads-refund-policy.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the software, not the software itself, and not a physical item. What the licence permits is set out in the EULA.

Each purchase includes:

• a signed licence file (.ganuelicense) for the product(s) you bought;
• download links for the installers;
• updates to the same product for as long as we make them available.

3. Price, currency and tax

All prices on this site are shown in US dollars (USD). Depending on your country, tax may be shown as included in the price or added at checkout; the final amount is always displayed before you pay. Tax is collected and remitted by Gumroad as merchant of record, and the receipt you get for it comes from Gumroad.

4. Delivery

Delivery is by email, to the address you enter at checkout, and is normally immediate. You will receive two emails:

• a receipt from Gumroad, and
• a separate licence email from GANUE (sent from [email protected]) containing your licence file (.ganuelicense) and your download links.

Keep the licence email. It is the shortest path back to both your licence file and your installers. If it has not arrived within one business day, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected].

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on paid purchases. Instead, every paid plugin has a 14-day trial with no feature restrictions, so you can confirm it works for you before you pay. Our refund position is set out in full in the Refund Policy.

Two things sit outside our control and win where they conflict with "no refunds":

• Gumroad may issue a refund at its own discretion, within 90 days of your purchase date, to prevent a chargeback -- whatever our policy says; and
• any right that mandatory consumer law gives you (see section 6).

6. Statutory cancellation rights

Nothing in these terms affects any right that mandatory consumer law in your country gives you.

Gumroad, our merchant of record, honours Brazil's 7-day statutory withdrawal right for digital content, even when a product is set to no refunds. Whether an equivalent EU/UK statutory withdrawal right for digital content is honoured by Gumroad in the same way has not been confirmed from Gumroad's own documentation as of this policy's effective date; do not treat it as confirmed on this page. Where such a right does apply to you as a matter of mandatory law, it overrides "no refunds" regardless of what Gumroad's own process does.

Where a statutory right like this applies to you, it overrides the "no refunds" rule in our Refund Policy.

7. Your licence file after a refund

GANUE licence files work offline and have no expiry, no machine binding, and no remote switch-off. If a purchase is refunded, we have no technical means to disable the licence file already in your hands, and we rely on you to stop using the product. We would rather build it this way and trust you than build a kill switch.

8. Support

Questions about an order, a missing licence email, or a reinstall: [email protected]. A person reads it. Questions about a payment, a receipt or an invoice can also go to Gumroad, which handles billing support for the sale.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published at the time you bought. Changes are not retroactive.

10. Your rights under local law

Nothing in these terms affects rights that mandatory consumer law in your country gives you.
